Objective: To record and archive telephone conversations with customers
Our customer has several mortgage advisers working in three offices. They wanted an integrated telephone system to link the three sites. They also wanted to the ability record and to save their telephone conversations with their customers. This was so they could monitor how well their advisers were dealing with customers and to provide backup in the event of a dispute about what was said.
We set up a hosted switchboard and supplied a VoIP phones for each advisor. Incoming calls can be answered anywhere and all calls and transfer between locations are free of charge.
Our system has a built-in call recording feature. Conversations are stored as digital audio files indefinitely on our hosted servers. Business managers can access these call recordings on-line from any computer.
